Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one time payment with lifetime access to what you buy.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. Everything works on your phone, tablet, or desktop.
Is this beginner friendly?
Yes. If you can fill in a table, you can use these tools. No spreadsheet experience needed.
Do I need any special software?
Just a free Google account for spreadsheets, or any standard PDF reader for the guides.
What happens right after I buy?
You'll get instant access with simple instructions to open and start using your files, no waiting around.

How does bundling work?
Add multiple tools to your bundle in the bundle builder on the homepage. The more you add, the bigger your discount, up to 20% off on top of everything else.
Can I combine the sitewide discount with a bundle?
Yes. The sitewide discount and bundle savings stack automatically, no code needed.
Is there a limit to how many products I can bundle?
No limit. Four or more products locks in the maximum 20% bundle discount.
Editing & customizing
Can I customize the templates?
Yes. All spreadsheets are fully editable, so you can adjust categories, colors, and settings to fit you.
Do I need Excel specifically?
No. Everything works in Google Sheets. Excel-compatible versions may be available depending on the product.
Will I get future updates?
Any future improvements to a template you've purchased are free.
Does this work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Since everything runs through your browser or a PDF reader, it works the same on both.
Payments & files
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus any other checkout options shown at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never see or store your card details.
What format are the files?
Spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Excel, and PDF guides, depending on the product.
How do I access my purchase?
You'll get instant access right after checkout, with simple instructions to download your files.
Refunds & policies
Do you offer refunds?
Since these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If you run into a technical issue with a file, contact us and we'll help fix it.
Where can I read your policies?
Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms of Service are all linked at the bottom of every page.
What if I bought the wrong product?
Reach out before you download and we'll see what we can do. Once a file is downloaded, it can't be refunded.
Troubleshooting
My download link isn't working, what do I do?
Check your email (including spam) for your order confirmation first. If it's still not working, contact us and we'll send it directly.
A file won't open, help!
Make sure you're using a current browser or PDF reader. If it still won't open, send us a note and we'll get you a working copy.
