Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from or otherwise using Cyanne Eats Shop (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

Digital Products

Everything sold on this Site is a digital file (spreadsheet, PDF guide, or similar) delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped. All products are for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

License & Restrictions

Purchasing a product gives you a personal license to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or claim any product (or its contents) as your own work, in whole or in part. Bundled or discounted products carry the same restriction as individually purchased ones.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices on future purchases at any time.

Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, except where a technical issue with the file itself is involved, as described in our Refund Policy.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.
