Refund policy

All products sold in this store are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned and may be downloaded, copied, saved, or accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for:

  • change of mind,

  • accidental purchases,

  • duplicate understanding of the product after purchase,

  • failure to read the product description,

  • failure to use the product,

  • claims that the file was not downloaded after delivery has been made,

  • incompatibility with the buyer’s device, software, or personal workflow where the product description already explains what is required.

By purchasing this product, the buyer acknowledges that:

  • this is a digital download and no physical item will be shipped,

  • access may be provided immediately after payment through email and/or account download access,

  • the buyer is responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout,

  • the buyer has reviewed the product description, requirements, and format before purchasing,

  • once the file has been delivered, accessed, or made available for download, the order is non-refundable.

If you experience a genuine technical issue such as a broken file, corrupted file, or failure to receive the product due to an error on our side, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide support, re-send the file, or replace the file. Technical support or file replacement does not create an entitlement to a refund.

If a duplicate purchase is made by mistake, contact us within 7 days with proof of both orders. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
